"I recently came in on 3/27/23 to buy a bunch of outfits for my sister. I got there a little after 10:30am. I walked in and none of the staff said a word to me. They didn’t even look up when I entered. As someone who has previously worked in retail, that is a bad look for the company. I started looking around and had questions about some of the promos, however the two girls that were in the store remained on their phones and didn’t look up to even see if I needed help. I kept minding my own business and next thing I know about 30 minutes had passed and not once did they even acknowledge me or say hi or ask if I needed anything. They obviously had zero interest in being there. I eventually left without buying a single thing. Terrible customer service. I was always on the fence about shopping at this store but I can say for sure that I will take my business elsewhere. The least they can do is say hi as you walk in but I couldn’t even get that. This is either a management issue or company issue."
