"We went to Macy's yesterday 02/18. We wanted to buy some stuff and also to return three shirts I had bought from them online late last year. My wife had already told me not to worry since I had the ticket and the shirts were not even open (they were too big - I made mistake with the size at the time of buying). The lady at the Customer Service told us that we could not return them, but we could find the same shirts and exchange them. After a few minutes looking we found three shirts that would fit me (same brand and all), and returned to the counter. To my surprise, the same rep told me that she could not exchange them since they were not the same color! I got out of there fuming since we had already lost so much time looking for the shirts on the floor. This is exactly why Amazon and the rest of the online retailers have basically swallowed the regular stores. Instead of easing up things for the clients, Macy's and other stores have made things more complicated. No wonder this store and International Mall were almost empty on a Saturday afternoon (normally this place would be packed). It's not only the economy, or inflation. It's wrong return policies and a terrible customer service, people!"
"Maria. One of the ladies in the shoe return section, was the sweetest, most patient person in the store. I returned shoes that I received for christmas about 5 times the same week and she was always kind, no matter the number of times I went to the store. I really recommend this location. That lady deserves a raise❤️"
"Luis was one of the Macy’s workers that helped me in the shoe section. When there was no more sizes of the shoes I wanted he got me the samples on my size and helped me clean them up!! He’s the best ❤️"
"In each trip to US I visit Macy’s because I can find something to buy Being a foreigner, you loose important discounts for locals Anyway I would recommend to insist to the attendant because they have limited discretionary discounts to be applied to your purchase In few cases I have not been able to achieve it The most of the brands for men and woman are inside and also you can find furnitures, kitchen element, luggage’s among other things"
