Ross Dress for Less

"Cashier Anny associate #2230554 clearly does not know what customer service is about. Ross should hire kind, well mannered people, who are willing to help their customers. I was next in line and Anny was not even finished with the customers in front of me and she was already shouting next. I returned 2 articles of clothing and had 2 receipts. She did not even say hello and said which recipe was for which shirt while I went to look at the receipt to check which only took a couple of seconds she told me to get out of the line and look for it.. I told her “I think it is this one” and in Spanish she tells me to not think to be sure and then called the next customer who had a cart full of items. I have worked retail in my younger years and even I know that you can scan the receipt and then the article and it will tell you it it belongs. I waited and when she called me I told her she could have scanned it and she said not one word to me.. she just finished the whole thing and shouted NEXT. Anny needs to be nice specially when someone is being nice to her also. She’s simply rude. I did not even say thank you to the woman. Then people wonder why people aren’t so nice any longer.. it’s because of individuals like her"

"I was standing in line waiting for associate 2230554 to finish with her customers. Before the customers even finished checking, she said something in Spanish towards my direction. I don’t speak Spanish, and she still had customers in front of her, so I assumed she was talking to an employee. She then proceeds to call out to the lady behind me to cut in front of me so she can get checked out. Luckily the lady told me that I could go up, instead of her. Associate 2230554 then berated me on not knowing Spanish and gave me an unasked for lesson on Spanish. I didn’t really appreciate it and it made me uncomfortable. Transaction 2105 at approximately 7:58 PM."

"If you never went to ROSS, it’s a very nice store but sometimes dirty but it has a lot of clothes options for an very low price however you might need some time in the store to look for clothes and sizes because they are disorganized, but they not only have clothes but also a lot of Shoes of all brands and styles, kids toys, baby toys, board games, card games, sports balls, accessories, wallets and more. I recommend going if you are going to buy stuff. Thank you, I hope this was helpful!"

"I was waiting in-line at this Ross location at 10:30 pm on December 19th, 2023, when one employee to the other employee spoke to each other from across the store stating “Do these customers not have anywhere to be in the morning, or anywhere else to be at this time?” I found this to be rude and unprofessional, as the inside of the store closes as stated at 11:00 pm. Once I made it to the register, the person at the register told me that I could not make my return, due to the system being down, I however, was able to make my purchase that I was trying to exchange using my debit card. I assume if the system were to be down, how was it possible to make a debit card purchase."

"A lot of people feel very well in this type of store because the objective is to find something (wearing) good in a cheaper price In my case, I do not enjoy to search something the could be interesting for me that previously I did not know the I needed Does it make sense? For me, no, however, I understand you can find real bargains in it"
