Victoria's Secret

"As usual, Victoria's Secret has plenty of good merchandise. However, for the very busy evening hours of the Christmas shopping season, they only had 3 cashiers available and a long line of about 20 people, which created a long, time-consuming wait to pay. Probably, all the personnel that are tasked to charge customers for purchases should be made available all month long during afternoon to closing hours during the Christmas season or any other high sales season."

"Having issues finding stuff that fits now that I'm pregnant and needed to basically replace all my bras and underwear. Asked an employee for some help finding some things and was told to wait for just a minute and she'd be right with me but after 10 minutes of standing there watching her chatting with her coworker I decided to make my way to Macy's where i know I'll actually get some assistance. My feet are swollen and hurt so i didn't want to wait much longer. Not the shopping experience i remember coming to Victoria's secret. I always got prompt and pleasant service and help with sizing. Unfortunate."

"Roughly at 12:30 pm at the Victoria’s Secret pink store at Miami international mall (store:51665) I had a horrible experience with one of the stores cashiers  (#1445216) professionalism and customer service. Her behavior was extremely unacceptable. When attempting to make a purchase of a few items the cashier was rude and unhelpful. There was a promotion running for a free backpack with the purchase of $65 or more and when I reached the counter to pay for my items I presented a coupon of $10 off with my purchase of a total exceeding $80. (Trans: 2170) The cashier attempted to use the coupon and it would not scan. When the machine gave an audible noise registering the scan she said that the coupon would not work. Her tone and attitude were in no manner correct. I asked for a supervisor or manager who could help with the situation and she called one over the radio, she then began to belittle me about it . I started feeling overwhelmed about the way she was treating me I began crying to the point where everyone eyes were on me, I stepped away and  she began to yell at me. The manager or supervisor had to step in and tell her to stop yelling. When I was able to compose myself I came back to the counter and that’s when she began saying that I was being disrespectful with the way I was speaking to her. She began to give me a life lesson and say that my mother didn’t raise me with manners and that I shouldn’t have given her my back when I was walking away. After this ordeal another employee stepped and was able to correct the situation and help me out. After this incident I was able to speak to the manager or supervisor Helena and she we spoke about the situation with the cashier. Elena the manager she mentioned how this isn’t the first time it happens with her and that she’s been written up towards this before . I felt emotionally overwhelmed and would like this experience to not happen to another customer who visits this store. I hope to hear back and see this incident resolved."
