"I visited the store twice, the first time I bought white pants and a shirt and the second time I bought gray pants, it is true that the clothes have a good appearance and are very expensive for their quality because when my wife washed the white pants they got stains all over the white clothes that were in the washing machine because of the tag on the pants that don't work. I didn't think about returning the pants because when I bought the second gray one I realized that on the receipt they put a stamp that says no returns, the first time I've seen that in this country, so I won't visit that store ever again."

"Do not shop here they have false advertising the put a tag of 80.00 and put it in a rack of 50 percent off lying to the customer when the young lady who wanted to sell everything including her mother lol rang me up I asked this shirt is 50 percent off she said yes we already added the 50 percent from 160 of the other tag Get the fudge out off here this is a hustle stores like this should close there doors and also they have a no refund and no exchange policy so your fudged if you buy there like I was"

"Porfavor no visite esta tienda, Representante de ventas Martin es super agresivo. tienen que hacerle caso o se enoja y te amenza si no quieres eschuchar lo que el quiere decir de la politica de devoluciones. I would like the owner of this company to know about the incident that took place today. First let me highlight that this company's Return Policy is hidden behind a collection box. regardless the return is not my concern. it's my fault i should've asked but your sale rep threaten my life today. His name is Martin, at least that's as much as i gathered since Zuly the manager was trying to hold him back for dear life from doing "something" to me. the rep didn't like that i didn't want to listen to him educating me on the return policy. i was on my lunch and just found the withholding of that information from the time of purchase a bit convenient. the sales rep came from around the counter to get into my personal space and challenge me. as his manager tried to shoved him out of the store he threatened me in Spanish, that he's going to "catch me outside" i don't know what kind of facility you're running but this sales rep is a huge liability for your store and I truly hope you take this complaint into account. regardless I'll be filing a police report because i go to dolphin mall everyday. God forbid I run into this aggressive "gentleman" and he lives up to his words. Once I have a police report filled against him he might want to hurt me even more but there will be something on file with his threat so he at least thinks twice about threating any other shopper because he's too sensitive and doesn't know how to channel his anger. I will also file a complaint with the store about their return police with consumer services which I would've walked away with the loss but due to this sales rep I will not let this go. the return policy should be on the wall not behind a collection box behind the register or it should be written on the receipt. thank you for your time and hopefully this will refrain people from even going into this store. Also all the employees refused to give me any kind of contact information for your store. I think you all should know how your business is being run. I've been coming to dolphin since it opened and spent countless monies here. I will never walk into this store again and if I do it will be to make sure the return policy is on the wall. thank you."
