"Me and the family stopped in here today. First it’s an absolute mess in there. My 14 year old son thought we were in a thrift store. I told him nope thrift stores are better run than this place. My son seen a shirt he liked and it didn’t have a tag on it but the same shirt was right next to it with a tag in a smaller size. So I took a picture of the shirt with the tag. After standing in line for 30 minutes because there was only 2 people checking out every one (at least 50 people in line) we get up there and they wouldn’t accept the tag. It said was $12.99 but on sale for $8.99. The cashier couldn’t speak English so the other cashier said they couldn’t use the tag but was going to charge me $12.99. If you couldn’t use the tag then how were you able to come up with $12.99? She told me to go get the shirt. I told her she’s the employee not me you go get it. She told me no and turned around. So we left and will never be back to this dump."
"I love shopping at outlet stores, but this Ross location needs to step things up. It is always disorganized every time I shop there. Also, your employees should speak English and should talk to customers in English FIRST. If you have a customer who responds in Spanish, then fine. But when I'm checking out and the cashier is continually talking to me in Spanish? I shouldn't have to tell you I don't speak Spanish. I might expect that if I was shopping in Miami, but not in Cape Coral. On a positive note, you did handle your holiday customer volume well. The line moved pretty quickly compares to some other stores I tried to shop at today (Dec 23rd)."
"Decent place to shop, overstock from Walmart and other retailers. Decent shoes and clothes. Some great deals on certain things, gotta know where and when to look!"
"Slow and rude. Cashier rushed me out pretty much throwing my bag at me to where I had to grab it before it fell on the floor off the counter. She just looked at me handing me the receipt and calling the next person before I even had a chance to put my card away. I won't be back to this location. Very poor selection for men's items."
