"Passive aggressive sales person encountered today. I haven’t felt embarrassed in a store and was compelled to leave a review. The disabled person I was with shopped independently for a bit and as I came in to check on her she had already purchased plenty of clothing. Since she doesn’t make the best judgments since her stroke and it would be on me to handle any returns and the financial obligation as well. I asked her to try on the size she got to ensure it fits, she was happy to. She was excited to show me the clothes she just purchased. That annoyed the sales team and they had a discussion with me in ear shot challenging why I would question the size, who I was and why I was even there. It wasn’t personal to them, I appreciated them helping her out in the first place and they took it personally. I’m shocked how quickly they became unprofessional. She spent so much money there and to be treated passive aggressively is really unfortunate."
"Very happy with my recent purchases! Had ordered some items online, but unfortunately, I didn't size correctly, so I had some returns. Returned to a store near me, which was a great option and went very smoothly. No hassles. Picked up a new dress while there, which looks great, and I love it! Looking forward to more purchases for spring season soon! The outfits are awesome, and I love their linen selections. My kind of styles!!"
