"It's 7 pm they close at 9 pm, they say fitting rooms close 1 hour before closing time but they close the fitting rooms already and it seems they close them when eve they feel like it. The manager on duty is Heily."
"What a poor experience in this store. One person on till, doing her best to get through the line of customers waiting to pay, which was growing by the minute. The guy who we assume was the manager approached the till to sort an issue. When asked by customers if he was opening more tills, mumbled some reply about no and walked off. Left the poor girl to stuggle on. A disgrace of a manager. Only gave one star for the person on till"
"Poor customer service. Queue was 8 deep, with only one person on the register. Customer asked if anyone else could step up to help out and were ignored. Poor attitude from male "worker"."
"I was shopping for my husband’s birthday with him, I had already picked 4-5 pieces and the lady from the fitting room named Rosa started to yell at me and my husband at 6:09pm to not try anything more because she had to clean the area before closing, even though the store closes at 7pm. I was shocked because I was never so mistreated as a client in my life. I simply left all the clothes that I picked and left the store. This should never happen, there is so many people in need of work and we don’t need stores with employees so unhappy and rude because without the clients, they don’t have jobs."
"I visited the store last week, arriving 20 minutes before closing time. I found the perfect pair of jeans but was denied the opportunity to try them on since it was 15 minutes before closing. When I spoke to the manager about this, I encountered an unwelcoming attitude. Oddly, the staff began conversing in Spanish, even though I don't speak the language—a pattern I noticed with other customers who appeared to be tourists. This was particularly frustrating for me as I'm not a local resident, making returns inconvenient. Due to the poor customer service, I chose to take my business elsewhere."
