"I recently had a disappointing experience at the Ross Dress for Less located at 1736 Sand Lake Rd in Orlando. The manager on duty around 10:00 pm on January 15, 2024, displayed a concerning level of ineffectiveness and insensitivity in handling customer concerns. Unfortunately, this individual exhibited a lack of knowledge regarding price accuracy and errors, leading to mistreatment me as a customer. The frustration escalated when the manager displayed indifference and disrespect in response to an incorrectly priced item. Such behavior is not reflective of effective leadership or customer service skills. It is disheartening to witness such incompetence, and I believe customers should not have to endure such treatment. This experience highlights the need for improved customer service training and awareness at this particular Ross location. I left my merchandise; unfortunately, she failed to provide a satisfactory resolution."
