"i usually have no issues shopping at this TJ Maxx. The staff are very nice and i usually find a good selection of clothing, jewelry and accessories. However the one time i had to return some items i was given the third degree from i guess a supervisor there. She was condescending and very rude. A couple of the items did not have the price tag but i did have the receipt as requested on their Refund and Return policy. Their policy states that a return can only be done with a receipt. It doesn't say anything about having the price tag attached too. I had the receipt for all the items. This employee or supervisor comes and tells me that for the next time i decide to return an ltem i should have the price tag with the item also because without it they have a hard time finding the item. Okay no problem i will try to remember that for next time to make your job easier even though it is not stated on your return/refund policy which you keep pointing to as you speak to me like i'm illiterate. On the last item which had a receipt and the price tag this time they gave me a hard time because the price tag was pinned to the item. This supervisor comes over to me again and tells me that they do not refund items that have been worn. I tell her okay, but the item was not worn. She tells me she doesn't want to get into an arguement about this but just wants to let me know that they do not give refunds on worn items and they are giving me a refund this time as a courtesy. This is after i just told her that the item was not worn. Even though customers go into the dressing rooms and "wear" clothing all the time and by the time it has been purchased by someone that item has been worn by numerous people numerous times. She basically called me a liar and this is with a receipt and price tag supplied for the item and the first time i have ever returned anything i have bought there. I did not care to continue conversing with this person as she was rude and even to continue to address her was a waste of my time and energy. Needless to say i will never shop at this TJ Maxx ever again."

"My “go to” store in Mount Dora. I start with TJ Maxx and, usually I don’t need to go anywhere else for family clothes and household goods.The prices are great Love it!"

"Went in for a couple of fall towels for the guest bathroom. As usual the prices and the selection almost make it impossible to walk out with just what you went in for. Friendly staff and variety of items make Thai a must when you are shopping for home goods. Plenty of parking and wheelchair accessible spaces."

"Pretty well stocked store with typical TJ Max variety of clothing, accessories, and various products. Fair and competitive products. Would rate this location higher if several isles were blocked with boxes and products waiting to be stocked. Also no seating is available for spouses of shoppers to sit and wait."
