"I shop at this Kohl’s on a weekly basis. The store is well organized and clean. I believe they have the right balance of departments. Associates have been helpful. I take my Amazon returns here to collect a discount coupon (usually 15%-20%) which I’m able to stack on top of their sales. It’s one of the few stores that I can say I actually enjoying the shopping experience at."

"I shop here a lot and it is usually a pleasant experience. Jimmy is a very friendly and pleasant cashier. However, the experience that I had today (8/17/2023) left me in tears. The young lady cashier was very rude and didn't greet us when we got to the register. She was mocking me with the other cashier looking at each other and giggling while ringing up my stuff. When she was done ringing my stuff, she started walking away from the register while handing me the receipt and didn't say anything. Just turned around and walked away."

"Probably the best Kohl's I've ever visited. The place is spotless even with some upgrading and remodeling in progress. Very bright and so well organized. Really impressed with the wide aisles and the fact that product is all within reach (not stacked to the ceiling). Closeout and marked down products clearly identified throughout the store along with price check devices which actually worked! A very enjoyable staff added to an extremely pleasurable shopping experience."
