"I just had the worse experience here. Employee Milagros was rude and uncooperative with my return. As I got confused with the tickets but had the right one, she didn’t believe me and refused to return the right one. I stated that i bought three items and had all of tickets. I just was returning two. I had to make a big deal and repurchase the return to swap it out. She also accused me of returning the wrong item. Before all of this, she was speaking to another employee in Spanish. I understand the entire thing, and she was speaking racially comments about how I looked and rude slurs all because of a return. I did not say anything because I was frustrated enough and didn’t want conflict. She kept shaking her head and rolling her eyes at me. I have never experienced this ever and I shop here over the years. This Marshalls usually is full of awesome employees."

"Very clean store, always kept in order, unlike some Ross stores etc.. I give it 4 stars because the staff are consistently somewhat helpful. This seems to be a company culture, management driven issue as I have been helped by many different employees over the past year. To be specific I mean moving with a purpose acting like they actually care if they help you. I stood in line for about 10 minutes with 4 other customers there was only one cash register open but there were three workers behind the cash registers, the other two were kind of wondering around behind the counter."
