"I called ahead of time. Was told my medication would be ready at 6. I get to the line and wait 30 minutes to be told it’s not ready. It’s 7:00. Then they try to tell me we must have just received the prescription. This is my 6th script I’ve filled here and it’s always incompetence."

Reported this CVs to good rx for denying good rx coupon I’ve never been denied assistance in honoring the good rx price . THIS IS THEFT . She instead said they are too busy to assist with that . I asked the pharmacist more than one time to show me what I am supposed to get to mix with my prescription. She said she would but it never happened. They were not that busy. I mean I literally walked straight to the counter so no one was there. I eventually just left and said I'll find a different pharmacy that know how to help their customers."

"If I wasn't forced to use CVS because of the affiliation with my work insurance I would never use them. While some of the staff are very nice and try to help, there are just too many consistently negative experiences. Most recent unpleasant experience involves trying to get a script for several weeks after leaving several voicemails with no returned calls. Finally went in person only to wait in a very long line, after which they bumped me over to another computer to add a coupon, but then after that had to wait in the other line again. It shouldn't be this painful to get much needed medication, yet time after time it's jus a massive inconvenience."
