"This is a factory outlet store which normally means old season clothes, clearance, sometimes not good enough for regular retail so why are these prices so much higher than a regular Ann Taylor Loft store? It doesn't make sense. Also, why would you not offer an extended return policy for Christmas purchases? Most stores have those starting in October."

"I purchased a sweater at this store a week ago for my daughter for Christmas. When I returned home, I noticed their return policy said 30 days. I called the store and asked about the return policy and explained that the purchase was a Christmas gift. The sales clerk said if you return an item after 30 days — even if you have the receipt — and the item was on sale or clearance, you would get a store credit for the lowest price for that item. Totally ridiculous! Today I returned the sweater and got a credit on my card for the amount I paid. You can be sure I won’t be shopping there again any time soon."

"I needed a professional outfit for a photo shoot. I stopped by two stores right next to Ann Taylor. Not a hello, not even eye contact to see me smiling at them. Pretty dead store. Saw others walk in and the same thing to them at both. I was irritated by that alone so I left. I walked into AT. Instant light! The nice gentleman at the register said hello right away. I instantly felt comfortable. Walking through the beautiful store I was greeted by a sales associate who asked if I needed help and helped me find things I didn’t know were there and were on sale. She was just as excited as I was! It was such a pleasure. I left feeling so happy with my experience and my purchases. Will always shop there!"
