"I had an amazing experience at this store! Daniel was very kind and helpful. The store was clean and the sales were great. The manager (I can't remember his name) was nice and greeted my family and I with a smile. He was out on the floor helping out and not hiding in a back room somewhere. There was a female cashier who was very kind as well. I appreciate the Excellent customer service."
"I typically good into shop at this outlet every other month or so. Very friendly staff and the quality of the clothing is as great as it is comfortable. Unfortunately my time in the store this time was very negative. Mainly due to the misleading Marketing. The store was advertising 70% in big bold print on the outside of the store. When I went to pay I noticed I was only recieving 25% off for being a memwber. When I asked the manager she said there wasn’t anything she could do, because she just forgot to take it down. Very, very misleading. No options were given to correct the situations, or even an apology. Very disappointed."
