"The people were very nice! There was a rude lady but I did ignore her. One of the ladies was helpful when deciding what type of bra to pick for me. The collections are nice but I wish there were more pj collection."

"I purchased 2 bras at our local Soma store. The Vanishing 360 Perfect Coverage front closure due to a shoulder issue I only wear front closure. I explained to the associate that the bras I was wearing, I would spill out at the bottom and when I raised my arms my breast would come out. She measured me, stated I was in between a 40-42 D. Great, found the bra tried one on before leaving the store and made the purchase. I wore one for a couple of days and noticed I was having the same issue. The 42 D was rising as I lifted my arms and my breast was coming out. So I thought ok I will take the other one back that I had not worn and go with a 40 D. I told the associate what was happening and she agreed. Tried it on before leaving the store, made the exchange and had to pay a penny difference. Still don't understand that. Unfortunately the 2 bras I purchased at Soma, one 42D and one 40D are still causing me issues. I continually have to adjust my breast because they spill out of the bottom and when I change my top the bras climb up causing my whole breast to be exposed. It is very uncomfortable and frustrating to have spent money on good bras that are causing the same issues. And because I have worn them I can't return them. Everyone was helpful, it is the product itself that is very disappointing"

"I want to first start out by saying that the customer service representatives in this store are wonderful, service with a smile and trying to be very helpful. What I had an issue with, my father brought my mother in for a fitting and she was fitted for a bra and he bought 2 of them. I was disappointed because I tried to return them to exchange them for a bigger size and was told that is the biggest size they have. Well, for me, she was not measured properly then, I get the fact that people want to sell their products, but if you can't provide the correct size to begin with, then please don't sell it to the consumer. I had to buy extensions in order for the bras to fit properly, so needless to say I was disappointed."

"Great location and even better staff. Chelsea-Lyn was so helpful and remembered me from my previous visit. Soma as a brand is great. I love their selection. They have their Christmas items out and a huge sale rack in the back. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this location."
