"I was out shopping one day and needed a jacket so I went to Burlington and they had such a large variety it took me almost an hour to choose the jacket that I wanted say how beautiful choices there with a very good price and if you're out looking for a jacket Burlington's is the place to go"

"Very cluttered. Hopefully just haven't been able to get back organized from Christmas. I'll revisit because the associate was very sweet."

"I enjoy this store very much. My only complaint is that the shelves in many places, especially toys, were pretty bare and what was there was a total mess and scattered. This might be because it's 1 week before Christmas but it seems they should have someone organizing the shelves every so often. I was disappointed there no play-doh."

"My husband and I shopped there today. We could not believe the condition this new store was in. It was filthy and so unorganized. There were piles of clothes, women’s scarves, etc. on the floor. I have never seen anything like this before. You would think the manager/employees would have more pride in a store, especially such a new store. It will be a long while until we return."

"At this visit to the Gainesville location at Butler Plaza, I was making a return. I purchased the 2 articles of clothing for my mom at the St.Petersburg location. The items were not of the correct size. I lost the receipt, but the cashier scanned the items and was able to see the receipt in the "system." I was able to have the funds credited to my credit card or placed on a gift card. I don't remember much about the shopping experience when i was in St.Pete, however I remember there was a good selection of clothing and the prices are very reasonable. This store is respectful of all genders."
