We were told that Men’s Wearhouse had a special rental package for our special men and women. We visited the Gainesville facility and a lovely young woman, Cate, helped us find something that fit our budget and fit Alberto well. She was kind and very patient with Alberto, who was so very excited! Thank you, Cate, and thanks also to the store manager. Alberto will have an unforgettable night and look very sharp indeed!"

"We went into the store to find a suit for my husband for our wedding. We had a basic idea of what we wanted, but we weren't 100% set on anything. Kate helped us and she was absolutely wonderful. "Wow terrible experience. Came into here one night, place was completely empty. We were told nope can't help you, you need to make an appointment or come back later without an appointment. So we made an appointment for today at 6pm. People came in after us and were seen before us. When we told them we were taking our business elsewhere and they looked appalled and shocked. Sorry you barely acknowledged us, we have an appointment for wedding tux's and you decided to help a bunch of homecoming boys.
