"Joselyn in the shoe department is amazing! So helpful, so nice, very professional this store needs more employees like her. On the flip side, I really was hoping to purchase a dress for an interview that had a small tear in the material, when manager “Rick” was called, I showed him & he immediately said he would rather “return the dress for a damage report”, by doing this he would get a full refund to the store. I remained polite & told him that was just fine if he preferred to return the dress for a damage report refund but that I would have expected he’d want to make his customers happy first. Seeing how I was ready to pay the full price of the dress even with the threading issue (because it was the last one) I did not expect him to first think of how he could easily do a damage report to get a refund himself. At this point he was offering me a 20 percent off the dress which I declined to satisfy his “damage report preference”. Super rude & unprofessional. A good dress, in the right size, in the right color, can be difficult to find & therefore I was completely willing to accept the as is product even with the minor flaw, but I hope he has a better day knowing he can get his “full damage refund” by thinking of himself first."

"What impressed me is the patience of the clerks at the cashier stations. No feeling of Christmas stress, just kindness and going the extra steps to walk around the counter when handing bags to the customers."

"Bathrooms and dressing rooms are down right disgusting. Both seem as they havent been cleaned in months. Bathroom stinks of urine as well. Floors in the dressing rooms require shoes at all times. They need a new cleaning service STAT. Quality of clothing had gone way down as well."
