"I was quietly browsing with my boyfriend and we got yelled at by an employee (a woman with short blonde hair), for having a drink in a cup with a lid and a plastic takeout bag of food. First we heard a giant annoyed sigh and then was very rudely approached. There is a way to speak to customers and that was not it. “There’s actually two signs on the front doors that says no food or drink” the signs are literally on open doors. No one walks into a store full of 8000 colorful cool items and looks at the blank wall next to them. Calm down, it’s really not that deep. We literally were just going to leave but she continued and said “we have so many bugs in here,” ??? your store is in the food court. i work in retail and i know it’s annoying to have to repeat things to customers but this person needs to not be working in retail. We walked right out, you lost our business."
