"Receptionist was rude & dismissive (over the phone and in person lol) Came in on emergency with a large “hard to handle” German Shepherd, the vet tech with the red hair handled him like a champ in a kind manner, definitely knows what she’s doing. The doctor was amazing and truly looked out for my dogs best interest. He is healing wonderfully, delightful experience, very grateful for them."

"I am conflicted writing this review; the first visit that I had was great they were able to quickly get me in get my dog seen he had something in his eye that was causing corneal ulcers they gave my dog some drops went home all is well. Come back for the follow-up appointment which we waited 50 minutes to even be brought inside then my dog was only seen in the back for about 3 minutes when they graciously let me know that we were all done and he was perfectly fine. Then they charged me $50 for a recheck fee (which I was never told about a few for a recheck)and cleaning that it should have been 80 but they were knocking some money off. So not only did I have to pay $50 for a 3 minute checkup I also never got an apology or anything said about the 50 minute wait time in your car in the Sun with a drooly dog when gas is almost $5 a gallon. Unless your animals eye is hanging out of its socket bypass the pet specialty people it's a rip off."

"Long story short, my wife and I have a visually impaired puppy who it turns out had more than just a congenital issue with her eyes. We had to make an emergency appointment and they fit Us in the same day and have had to take her back for follow-ups and another emergency appointment. Cannot speak highly enough about the staff their professionalism and most of all their absolute caring manner. Dr Chandler is a very kind man and has reassured us each time about the care of our puppy and what the future is going to hold. we're 60 miles from the clinic and I would drive double that distance to see this group they are among the best I've ever experienced"

"Dr. Chandler and his team here are incredible. My dog had an emergency and needed urgent surgery, they fit me right in and took the best care possible of my dog. They were compassionate, caring, patient, and kind. They made a very stressful situation a lot more comfortable for both my dog and I. On top of all that, their prices were extremely reasonable. I can not recommend them enough. How fortunate we are to have them nearby!"
