"I love shopping at this American Eagle, and I hate shopping. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They are one of the few stores that look out for the well being of all their customers, by offering masks if you need one. The dressing rooms are temporarily closed but they do offer the option to make an appointment /call ahead to reserve a dressing room. People should stop complaining - the employees at this location are friendly and helpful."
"Friendly staff, fitting rooms unavailable, but they may be available with phone call ahead. Seems like they're still a bit understaffed because of the pandemic. Can't blame them for that. If only customers just put things back where they got them. Aerie side didn't seem like it had any of their cotton undies available. Too bad :/"
"The greeter and one associate on the floor were very helpful. The cashier was no where to be found. When I went to Aerie to pay for my items, they sent me back to the same empty checkout counter. It wasn't a busy day and it appeared they had enough people working but other than the two that were helpful, they need to train the others in customer service. One associate was looking at the other two (all three weren't working) dancing. My recommendation is provide customer service training and balance the shift scheduling with younger and more seasoned people to foster a better customer experience."
