"So I was looking for 86 in laces and journeys didn't have any but Sarah answer the phone when I call the and was very helpful and together we came up with a solution that was viable for me I really appreciate the time that she was willing to take even though they weren't able to specifically help me with an item in the store this is customer service to it's finest and she had a great attitude the entire time did not get frustrated with meonce"

"I was doing some last minute Christmas shopping and went into journeys in the foodcourt. I was first helped by this tall man in a black hood. I ask him to see if they had a bigger size in the uggs then what he first got me. The man then walked off into the back and I never seen him again. I heard a lot of wa talking and goofing off in the back. I waited for about 5-8 minutes, after waiting I asked this female employee where the man went. The girl then went to find him and tried to help us out but the didn’t have the size. The visit was unprofessional and really bad for the most part, but the two female employees were super helpful. I was disappointed because most employees were not working but only two. The female that helped me was in red and black and the other female was in mostly all black."
