"I've had a pretty rough day and decided to treat myself to a deli sandwich, so I ordered online. Parker was the one making my sandwich and he was SO sweet, asked me if I forgot to put that I wanted it toasted (I had), and genuinely made my day better. I work in the service industry as well, and although we're always expected to be pleasant he really astounded me with how thoughtful he was during the rush hour at the deli. :)"
