I proceeded to ask nicely after i call my insurance do i call back to make an appointment i don’t know if they were taking new patients.(she hung up before me finishing the sentence) this was just now 2/19/24 4:08pm"

"Horrible first impression. Front staff has no idea what they are doing. Be wary about booking an appointment here because they will mess up your insurance and claim things that are incorrect. It is pretty frustrating especially when you have good insurance and they want to argue with you. Waste of time!"
