"I'm been patient here for years I have disability I trying get my ssi but there policy refuses to fill out any forms for ssi and I trying donating plasma but because having schizophrenia I needed firm filled out by debbie burton my physc and she refuse fill it out and my primary can't fill it and also refuse so there policy is harmful it has made it hard for me donate plasma for money and to get my disability that I been 2 years H battle I do not recommend sweet center for there policy are not helpful And the issues abouts was big headache stay away from bay care"

"Yareis is extremely unprofessional! Our very first visit and I had to ask for a different consoler! We weren't in the room but for 3 minutes. She couldn't get my child's name right , I couldn't understand anything she said to me . I started to explain the reason for our visit and my mask wasn't coving part of my nose and she freaked out. Put her hands up and told me I was making her uncomfortable we were more then 10 feet apart, my mouth was completely covered ! I get being nervous about covid , but she acted as if I had covid and was extremely rude. WHAT A WARM WELCOME !"

"Entire time During Covid. Never went in person except the first time to sign up. We used "Blue Jeans" not Zoom. It wasn't easy for me at my age, but I tried my best. I didn't have an easy time with it-& at the beginning of Covid it was difficult for some of the staff too. Then I had family that needed me. I'll continue when I have time. Use this Service if you feel you need it at all. It's for everyone."

"Mental health is on a rise and these people are not accepting new patients for medication, and can only give someone therapy every 6-8 weeks. I sat in their waiting room for 2 hours just to be told this. How is someone's mental health suppose to get better when they can't be seen as often as they need to? They are understaffed and I know that probably isn't their fault, but they could have used the money that they are using to remodel to have one or two more doctors in the facility. These people dont care about your mental health, they care about a paycheck. I've previously seen doctors here, and they could really care less about you. I would leave my appointments feeling 10x worse. I will never recommend anyone go here. Something needs to change fast before someone kills themselves over how poorly they were treated at your facility. I'm very lucky that my insurance placed me somewhere else, somewhere that I feel welcomed and get the treatment I need. I recommend other people call their insurance company so they can do the same thing."
