"Granted this place is a newer store, but the staff here strive to keep this place looking newer and clean more than store in the Shores. Staff is friendlier and it’s just a much better place to shop than Walmart. This is my go to store."
"There were minimal cashier's to say the least, the self checkouts do not accept cash, and the employees throughout the store have minimal, (if any,) basic knowledge of any areas in the store. I used to love Publix, as their customer service was well above par, employees were knowledgeable and friendly, and checking out was a breeze. All they really have going for them now, is their bogo sales. If it weren't for that, (because of their high price point, I probably wouldn't even go there any more.)"

"I used to eat a sub from here almost everyday. Since moving to the new location the deli department can't seem to make a phone order right or on time. I have spoken to different managers about this issue only for Nothing to have changed. I feel this store treats in-person service better than phone orders. I will not be attending this location anymore. On a side note Darlene is a great person that's in the deli and I wish there was more employees there like her."
