Wendy's

"Went for lunch today and they were awesome through the drive thru. They were out of kids toys for the happy meal so the manager put the kids choice of cookie for a treat. Super nice and everything was in the bags and hot and fresh."

"Stopped in a little after lunch the other day got spicy chicken combo meal.. chicken was so dry and cold couldn't even eat it fries were hot but they were soggy like they hadn't been cooked all the way the old lady got a Baconator cheese fry and let's just say it was just a cheese fry maybe three pieces of little crumbled bacon Maybe so I don't know what was going on that day but they sure did not have their stuff together... and maybe try to invest in a new mop because the it smelled a dirty mop bucket..."

"Pretty sure they are frying meat in advance and putting it in buns later, when customers place their orders. I don't care how understaffed you are; ideas like this will just kill the restaurant's business. I never had a lukewarm, dry Wendy's burger until today. The slogan used to be "hot 'n' juicy." Not this Wendy's. Cool and dry. The place is cleaner than it used to be, and the staff looks new. They seem to be trying really hard. If you want business to improve, just serve good food. This is how Wendy's succeeded in the first place. No one thought you could charge $3.00 for a burger back then, but because the quality was so much better than McDonald's, people lined up at the drive-through. I can't give 5 stars for service, because there aren't enough people manning the registers. The employee who waited on us was great, but he was also busy with other things, so we had to wait."

"This Wendy can be a hit or miss depending on the time you come by, most staff are really friendly, They are remodeling the inside so we'll see how that pans out. Food... at times can feel fresh and cook to standards but other times it leaves a little to be desired. Not the worse I've been."
