"I was just in there ordering food. There wad an elderly lady in front of me who was soft spoken. Barbara behind the counter, was very rude to the elderly women because she couldn't hear her. There was no call for this behaviour from Barbara. I was impressed with the rest of the staff helping the elderly women."
