"Mobile ordered 2 craving boxes 2 steak quasidillas and 2 chicken chalupas for 6 got there at 5:55 didn't leave until 6:15 because the employees were in the back office on their phones and talking with each other. By the time I left my food was cold and wasn't even the right order. Next time I want taco bell I'm driving to ocala."

"I haven't been to this Taco Bell in a while, as I was formerly unimpressed with the service. The place has been remodeled, it is clean and well lit, staffed with friendly people serving your food quickly. My food was hot and got to me quickly. I'm glad I gave them another shot!"

"I’m sorry but whoever was working the food line tonight 10/25/23 at 9:30pm is horrible at their job and should absolutely be fired my food was not warm and was clearly not even heated up at all because the cheese was not melted at all and nothing was warm this was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at this Taco Bell and I’ve already had a few bad experiences. Btw the people that are working the fast food line will talk so fast you can’t even catch a word that they say"

"This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Every time I have ordered from the one in Bellevue they never get it correct. This time around they have toped the charts by not only getting the order incorrect but also destroyed the food and was rude in doing so. I wanted a refund or to talk to a manager but they don't answer there phone. Within all this they also never gave me a receipt to file a complaint. It would be in Taco Bells best interest as a business to fire the entire crew as this problem seems to be consistent and the management is incapable of training there employees on the basics of placing food items in a paper bag."
