CVS 65 East Main Street, Apopka, FL 32703

"I work for a veterinary clinic and part of my job is calling in medications for our clinic. Pharmacist will ask for NPI number which doctors of veterinary medicine do not have and always ask us for a DEA number second. The doctors do not like to give out this number especially if the medication is not controlled, which is understandable to me. A pharmacist form this CVS actually called our client to tell them that the reason their prescription was not filled is because her vet clinic would not give out the doctors DEA number. Maybe CVS should have a better policy on this. The pharmacist went on to tell me how to manage my team and reiterated this about 4 times. In the 15 years I have been doing this job I have never had a pharmacist be so rude to me on the phone. I will always redirect our clients to any other pharmacy around this area! Do better CVS and encourage the individuals that work for you to do so also! If I could give a zero star review I would."

"This pharmacy needs to be shut down. Worst customer service , I never been to a pharmacy you have to wait 30minutes for a medicine that’s already been ready in a drive through with just 1 car ahead of me!!! What is going ????"

"I waited in the pharmacy drive through for 30 minutes just to get up to the window and find into they closed literally 1 minute prior. Inside they were finishing helping those in line, but not the drive through. There should be a cone or something placed outside to let people know."

"If you are planning on using the drive-thru be prepared to wait for up to 45 min or longer. When speaking to one of the pharmacist (a woman Chianti) she lacked patience, empathy and was completely rude! When having a sick child and having to rely on a person like that to handle his meds.. it makes the process beyond uncomfortable. Honestly, this CVS has went down,the customer service is out of the window..it’s really not hard to just be kind and/or understanding. If you can refrain from using this pharmacy, do so."

"Journeying to CVS for toilet paper with a two dollar coupon for Scott’s tissue. I was incredibly disappointing when there was none of it on any of the shelves and there wasn’t any on outside racks throughout the store. So after being thoroughly sure there wasn’t any finally I came to the conclusion that there wasn’t none. Devastated and broke I started to make my way towards the checkout with Total Home substituting. I was moving at a slow pace, and the stores associate came over and asked me what it is there was a problem, or if I had an issue she could help with. I told her that I came all the way to the store specifically for the Scotts tissue and unfortunately didn’t have it disrupting my shopping trip. She offered to go take a look in stock and take her own timeout to personally go searching the back to find the exactly product I wanted and then brought it back. Wow it was completely unexpected but totally appreciated. Maria was superb at providing great customer service. Thanks Miss Maria."
