"First time coming to this vet yesterday and so thankful I did! I ended up taking in a cat unexpectedly and needed to get him checked out asap and my usual vet wasn’t able to get him in. I’ve always seen good things about this office and called and explained the situation and they were able to see him. Everyone was so nice and professional and overall it was just a great experience! Thankfully he was healthy and I now have a new fur baby. We named him Onyx and he is adjusting well to his new home. We will definitely be returning for future appointments for him!"

"Last week we had to have one of the most emotional visits of our families life, and sadly our precious girl of 14 years needed to get the rest she desperately needed. The front desk nurses were amazing in our difficult time. We knew them from Pet paradise and they were extremely patient and understanding of us in our hardest moments. In my grief I don't recall getting the nurse and doctors names, but they were also incredibly patient and loving with not only us, but our sweet girl. As hard as this day was, they displayed great compassion in her final moments, and with her humans. I honestly don't think we could have had this goodbye with any other group, and they are greatly appreciated."

"I have been to several veterinary clinics/hospitals/offices and by far this is the best one!! Not only does this place boast a beautiful office and amenities for your fur babies to enjoy but the doctor and the whole staff are beautiful people inside and out. They treat your fur babies with so much love and respect that if it wasn't for their scrubs you wouldn't be able to tell who is the owner. Doctor Ortiz is amazing and I wouldn't want any other doctor caring for my babies. Thank you all for all you do!!!"
