"We went to get a male guinea pig to go with our other male, and were told that it was a male by two clerks there. All of the staff but one person (maybe and that's generous) seemed really incompetent and had no pet knowledge. Now we have to pay $700+ to get the FEMALE we bought from there spayed and hope we don't end up with babies. They also have a no refund policy which is already suspicious walking in. The store will be getting an earful from us at some point."
