"The store had a wide variety of items, so I left with more than I expected. But whoever owns that plaza should invest in a better lighting system. It is very dark in the plaza at night. Safety for customers should be the plaza owners' priority."

"I've been able to find things to wear in this Ross, however every time I go inside, the aesthetics leave me not wanting to stay as long as I want. Upon first entering, it'll look like you can't really move, and that visual is true, as when you go down the isles, you may end up sandwiched between people. The lines are especially long here and the clothes are so bunched together. It's a hassle to just sort through the cloths. It is always packed, no matter the time of day, so plan accordingly. The workers do not really have time to tend to the guest (my observation) as it is always crowded."

"It was fine but things are a little disheveled around the store - not put back after customers have looked at them. There was a manned loss prevention stand at the front of the store which I found interesting and you could say demonstrates a distrust of customers, but on the other hand thefts have risen to such high rates with inflation that it's been all over the news and I'm not sure you can blame them."
