"The 1 star is for how kind the techs talked to me. The pharmacist is a liar. I was in Walgreens waiting on my meds & the the tech says my hospital has to call them, I call the hospital & they said the pharmacy needs to call us. After the pharmacist "called" they lied to me & said the doctor was gone for the day. I called the hospital to find out the doctor was indeed still at work at the hospital. He was in fact still there & I talked directly to him. After the hospital got fed up they called the pharmacy again to tell them to fill my literal life saving medicine. Without it I can have a seizure & die. After over an hour of lies from the pharmacist. They reluctantly filled my meds. How does a pharmacist trump what a doctor knows?! These doctors don't just send in prescriptions for fun. You have to have a legit emergency when the ER is sending you home on medicine. I advise choosing another pharmacy."

"Walgreens Pharmacy needs to hire more counter personnel. 5 ppl in line for almost 20 mins while one worker waited on one customer for 20 mins while the other 2 windows were unmanned. Recommend scheduling appts for shots at a less busy time or day when staff is short."
