"Too many times I need a perscription immediately and they don't have it in stock and take days to get it! Walgreen RX card is a joke! What costs $60 at walgreens, costs $10 at publix with good RX card!"

"I'm not sure what pharmacy these people are going to. We have been using this Walgreens since 2021 and have had lousy service at the pharmacy all except 1 time. They text or call saying rx is ready, but you ho and it is not. We go to this one because the other one near our house had a 2.9 rating. This pharmacy is understaffed and poorly trained. I forgot to add rude!"

"If disorganization and haphazard married it would be named Walgreens on Merrill rd. There is nothing that they can seem to do correctly in the pharmacy dept. From them just randomly canceling prescriptions to not even having records of scripts that you have filled for years. Not to mention the rudeness and incompetence of the cashiers to the Pharmacy techs. If you can go to another pharmacy I recommend you do."

"I just made my purchase of medications at this pharmacy and received excellent treatment from the cashier Cloy, a very kind person who assisted us from the moment we arrived until we got what we wanted. A very big congratulations to her and to the rest of the people who work there. They have become my favorite cashier of the day. blessings"
