"Matthew was working in the pharmacy did a great job at having my rx transferred, did his job with a joy full attitude. It was a great experience which has been opposite with other CVS locations in the past. A manager help my little girl, she found the elf in the store and even tho it was a day early he made her day bringing her a special Christmas surprise. Great job team! I will be returning!"

"If you feel like waiting for hours in line to find out they do not have your prescription then go ahead. I actually asked my doctor for Xanax so I could deal with this pharmacy. Not just once but every time. The last time it appeared regional managers were having a conversation while pp waited in line. I drive to the one I. Brickell and fight traffic before I go to this pharmacy. Update Oct 2022: Due to travel constraints I needed to have my scripts refilled here again because it’s down the street. Not only did it take 2 visits and long lines because the pharmacy employees actually hide from customers, they gave me the wrong prescription!! Now on hold for 42 minutes waiting to speak with someone. Please please never try and use this useless pharmacy"

"We're just going to point out some cons and pros of this location. We were all amazed to see the race track fully stocked, almost every end-cap was full and completely front faced. We did notice opportunities when we walked the rest of the store, throughout many departments, and also in the wine section, upfront by the registers. If we could recommend anything, it would be more staff on the weekend schedule for better customer service, and checkout experiences at the registers; this will also allow your associates to fully stock those shelves more productively. We appreciate the convenience of your money gram services, and also the Citi ATM upfront. We are stakeholders and sponsors who are fully vested in Corporate America, and this location is one of are top main focuses because of demographics. We will definitely be visiting again to further update this review, expect US very soon. There is definitely lots of opportunity when it comes to following Corporate Standard and Assimilation.
