I get all my vaccines there and all are painless if a shot. Prescriptions are ready in no time and you get great attention from the attendants. Such a great discovery⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Coconut Grove Pharmacy provides fantastic, quick, and personalized service you won’t find at CVS, Walgreens or other pharmacies. The staff is friendly and the pharmacists provide great support for the entire family. The store looks like a chic little jewel box, filled with wonderful bath and body products. Marie knows about all the lines they carry, including many European brands, and has great suggestions. They have lovely gifts and it’s hard to leave without trying something new. Once you go there, you won’t ever return to a regular pharmacy."

"I’m here in Miami for surgery and was recommended to this pharmacy by my doctor. When bringing in my prescription to fill, the check out lady (who shockingly I think is also the owner) was over the top RUDE. I am literally shocked. She pushed the prescription back at me, aggressively telling me that my Dr did something wrong, they wouldn’t fill it, and offered me no help. I explained to her I just got out of surgery, was feeling so weak, and could she please help me and call my doctor. She condescending refused, acting like I had done something wrong… and then she just started helping the next customer in line!! (meanwhile there were about 4 other customers watching all of this - I know they were feeling bad for me too) I felt completely humiliated. I went outside literally in tears. (Again, I just got out of surgery) .. I called my doctor back and they told me to put the pharmacist on the phone. After the phone call with my dr the pharmacist said my medication would be ready in 10 mins….. I then overheard the front desk lady (aka prolly the owner) talk to the pharmacist about how “annoying” me and my situation was :’("
