"Staff was friendly, but bring your credit cards, The deposit they require is not what you think it is,, deposits are a percentage of your bill, the charged the ABSOLUTE most they could, and expected payment in FULL!!! Do not expect a percentage. I was given the impression they care about the money First, THEN the pets care. Our pets are our life, we would do anything for them so they're not in pain, they know this, and I feel I was taken advantage of. Animal care should be affordable for us. We shouldn't have to refinance the house to pay for it. I will NEVER go back to them, I have never felt it was about money and not the care by any vet."

"This place is amazing. Everyone I interacted with at my visit today was so friendly & attentive. They got my cat looked at & taken care of quickly. I can’t recommend this place enough. Also a special shout out to Chris. I called two nights ago to make an appointment, crying on the phone at the possibility that my cat had cancer. He was so friendly. He took extra time to reassure me and offer me guidance. I will never forget his kindness."

"I brought my poor chihuahua in January 13 not knowing what was going on in full panic. They were so understanding to my emotional status and inability to process what was going on with my sweet girl! I can’t even describe how Dr.Nichols and his staff treatment of me and answering my repetitive questions was so appreciated. I’ve never in my life experienced a staff with so much compassion and honesty! They didn’t nickle and dime me and were up front and honest about all cost as soon as I walked through the door!! We ended up having to make the hardest decision of any pet owners life. And I couldn’t have ask for better people to have done it with! "I just had to say WOW. Out of all of the vets I have been to in YEARS, these people are one of the only ones that have the animals best interest at heart. The compassion, the willingness, just overall everything. They went above and beyond to make sure the cat I brought in was okay. She was attacked by a dog last night and I went to pick her up and didn’t know what to do. You guys are amazing and should be so so proud of yourself and to the manager and the owner of the company, every single one of the workers working last night were lovely."

They immediately put us in a room so we could spend time with Brighton and thoroughly explained the process and what would happen.
