"Maria at the perfume department is very friendly and patient, she helped me make the best choice for my father's birthday gift. The ladies in the aisles are always happy to help. Pharmacy appears understaffed."

"Only one person knows how to do anything in the photo department and they were gone. Train the rest of your employees to do photo orders because if that person quits you're out of luck. They told me I can't pick up my order because the materials are "locked away". I work as a manager at a cvs and that makes absolutely no sense. I wasn't able to pick up my photo order for fathers day and that is absolutely unacceptable."

"I used to work at CVS pharmacy and Navarro is owned by CVS... the company allowed them to keep their name because it was more of a Hispanic culture pharmacy store. I came here not to long ago to get medication for my husband who had a sore throat and was feeling horrible. Went to go pay my 4 items at the register by the pharmacy and the lady at the counter was already looking at us side eyed because we were paying at her counter. After we place our basket on the counter she proceeds to tell us that there are other registers across the store that we can go pay at. That this register is for medication using your insurance. Wait... that’s not even the best part. She then tells us that she is going to have to put up a sign stating that this line is only for medications with insurance. I was furious because 1. One doesn’t come to a pharmacy because they are feeling 100% okay. If I’m at a pharmacy is because I’m not feeling well and I’m looking for treatment and care. I was a shift supervisor at my store and if I had an employee talk to a client that way I would have had to file a complaint and send that employee home because that is unacceptable. I took my receipt and filed a review with the company as well and honestly no one has reached out to me to apologize or to advise that they have received my review and will take it under consideration. I am truly disappointed and don’t plan to come to this location ever again... I rather drive further to get to another pharmacy then come here and see her face once again."

"Stopped by here to pick up some quick supplies, and was curious to see how the CVS Pharmacy transition is going for Navarro Discount Pharmacies now being under CVS. Normally for drug products/vitamins/etc. I shop for them at CVS so the convenience of being able to find the same products I purchase from CVS here at Navarro is neat. There's a major problem though... clearly there isn't enough employees working the front or the pharmacy. There are lines just about everywhere you look inside the store, and the store is not even packed. For example you'll have the front with only about 6-7 people waiting in line for 1 cashier to take care of everyone. Eventually after 4-5 people have been taken care of... back up is called to take care of the remaining 2 people. That doesn't make sense? As for the pharmacy I feel bad for the two people waiting at consultation window for a good 10 minutes while I was picking up my supplies from the aisles."
