"May these lines convey how lucky I feel every time I approach the drive-thru window and Mrs. Florencia is the one taking care of my mother's prescriptions. Sweet, patient, professional, unwavering in her care -mostly of the elderly- and most importantly, positive, Florencia is living and constant positvism in a dispensary aimed to treat the sick, and I thank for her fine and kind attentions in the middle of so much anxiety and angry and selfish demand on the part of several customers. She, besides medicine, dispenses those intangibles that alleviate the illness from the inside out, and this is something that her supervisors should know; these lovely, sparking intangibles do not show on a resume, they are experienced by us the customers, and this is why I write these lines on her behalf. Truth is, I drive approximately some 10 extra miles just to get to this particular CVS, and Florencia's attentions are the main reason why. "There's only 1 pharmacy tech working the register always. And she's very slow. Think I'll drive farther from home to get better service. // Edit 4 months later: Florencia is the one to avoid. Doesn't look like the medications are tossed around like a football anymore, but Florencia is an awful employee at the pharmacy. Not like the other pharmacy employees care either, though."

"The staff sucks and have no patience and have bad tempers, the reason for this is because the upper management, like district managers and regional managers and everyone else above them are horrible to their employees, they want to work them like slaves and not even give bonuses to those who have worked their behinds off. I worked there many moons ago, and let me tell you, they do not consider their employees at all."

"This is the worst pharmacy ever!!! No one ever has a clue about your medicines and they give you attitude about everything rather than trying to help. The prescription never make it to them and they always blame the doctors office. I will be switching pharmacies and will never come back here again."
