"Horrible service there’s a man who is supposed to come and deliver my grandma medicine and constantly says no one is here to pick up the medicine and I live with her I am a stay at home mom with three children I notice he only comes up when you have to give medicine to important enough doesn’t always come to get the money we live in a very tight income and we are not able to get money constantly saying that no one here and there’s no one to pick up the medicine I’m getting tired of it he is a liar and he’s disrespectful person"

"Staff is generally friendly, but pharmacy (specially medicine delivery service) could do better. Mistakes are frequent and deliveries sometimes not done despite requesting such. Since Navarro was purchased by CVS though the service in the pharmacy has improved some. Long lines at the pay counter are common when buying anything in this store."
