"The pharmacy never answer their calls spent 35 minutes on hold while making the line in the store and never got a response. The machine kept saying “1 pharmacy call” and I’m physically standing there watching how they ignore the call."

"This is the worst pharmacy service ever. The drive thru has been down for over a month. They only have one person attending a long line of individuals. It takes about 45 min to an hr just to get seen. In addition half of the time the medication which was ordered days in advanced isn't ready. Very disappointed with the service provided at this location"

"8 months pregnant and went in for the TDAP vaccine. The pharmacist came to the door and beckoned me over. He tried to give me the vaccine as I was standing. I insisted on sitting down and he gave an excuse about them not usually giving the vaccine to seated ppl because of hives etc. In reality, he wanted to stay near the ajar door so he wouldn't have to be buzzed in again. I've never seen a vaccine administrated to a standing person. Lazy, dishonest, and unprofessional."

"Dammmm where to start, terrible service in both the front counter and in the pharmacy. If you don't.like ur JOB then quit no need to take it out on the customers, the front counter is unreal I have waited on line up to 20 min just to pay and this happens a lot so what do I do I go across the street to Walgreens simple , and the pre-Madonnas who work in the pharmacy are there to model cause that's what they do best. And to whom ever does the hiring they should be FIRED !!!!!!!!! Hire ppl that can actually talk and think at the same time. Not the idiots u have there now....with one exception there is a young lady who smells GREAT every time I go in there, that's the only one who knows WHAT SHE IS DOING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
