"When you come to this pharmacy for a PCR test, they have no signs warning the customer that they only do those in the line 1 of the drive thru. Only when you arrive at the speaker, is when they let you know. So they wash their hands and just command you to go around an make the line all over again. Very disrespectful, playing with people's time. Terrible customer service. One star, because I can't give zero."
