"Worst CVS store in Miami. They easily leave u waiting for 30 mnts or more at the drivethru window without reaching back to u with an explanation. You can b in line inside the pharmacy waiting for more than 20 mnts and see 3 other associates working and not helping customers waiting. Now I'm heading myself to the store to transfer an Epilepsy medication to another store beacause they just don't pick up the phone. Wish I had the Cero Star Rate option."

"They have been telling me a lie about the insulin for my mom, ...I was waisting my time and the code they were reporting was incorrect. Two months in this situation."

HOWEVER, YOUR STAFF KEEPS SAYING THEY DON'T HAVE IT! THIS IS JUST UNBELIEVABLE.\nI WILL DEFINITELY CHANGE PHARMACY RIGHT AWAY!"

"If I could give a lower rating I would! This is by far the worst CVS pharmacy you can go to. Stay away from this pharmacy if you need to get refills on your medications monthly. It is impossible to speak to anyone in the pharmacy. You are on hold to speak to a staff member for over 30 minutes and then they hung up on you. You call back and no one answers. Terrible customer service and incompetent staff."

"Let's be real South Florida, in Miami customer service sucks. Well in this CVS, there is a problem with the pharmacy. I called to have my prescription refilled as the status online is 'on hold' and it says to contact the pharmacy. The same woman answered my call on 2 different days and acted as if she could not hear me. I know my phone is working fine as I use it everyday. I understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic and I appreciate all essential workers such as pharmacists. But if you don't want to talk to customers, at least don't answer the phone just like all the other times I call."
