"Drive in to pick up your meds. Have to wait a long time ."
"Except for one person, no problems. Just one person who always has an attitude. This is an older review and I felt like I needed to give a new one. That person I haven't seen lately. I've had great service the last few times. The pharmacists are always helpful when you have questions. And I'm liking the benefits that come with the Care Pass. Every month I have money I can spend."
"No communication phone email text none are used always in process bull called antibiotic was out of stock not in process missed taking called then offered alternative location this location is a joke! I can go on but you get the idea"
"I went to pick up my prescriptions and I was in and out very quickly! I appreciated that! It looked really busy inside. I went to the drive up and was greeted by a very friendly employee. Thank you!"
"Well I’d give the pharmacy no stars but that’s not an option. I went to fill my daughters antibiotic prescription since CVS recently started taking Tricare insurance in December of 2021. I was super excited to break away from Publix and that cvs had a drive thru making it so I don’t have to unload any kids and come in to pick up prescriptions. I went to pickup her prescription through the drive thru and was told it would be $30. I said could you bill my insurance and she said send a insurance card so I slipped my dependent Id into the drawer. She informed me that it wasn’t an insurance card and I informed her I’ve used it for 18 years and all the information she needs on it is on the card. She left for a moment came back and then explained to me that it was in fact not an insurance card and that I could pay $30 for her antibiotic. No! I can get it for free at Publix. She said I could have the prescription transferred to Publix all I would have to do is have the pharmacy call. So I chose another pharmacy in Parrish that is t Publix, they were happy to use my information I gave them to set up my daughters profile and said they would call to have it transferred. I called an hour later and the pharmacy told me they called cvs but had to leave a voicemail. So my husband goes to CVS to see if he can expedite the process for now they are messing with my daughters health not accepting our IDs as insurance cards. Long story short we call and yes in fact they have talked to the pharmacy to initiate a transfer but then inform us it could take 72 hours. So we are now going to get the paper we submitted back from cvs, to take to another pharmacy. Uniformed Services ID cards contain two numbers assigned by the DoD: DoD Benefits Number (DBN) – an 11-digit number that relates to TRICARE benefit eligibility. This number is located on the back of the card at the top, next to the date of birth. These cards double as health insurance cards."
