"Anytime I have gone to the store I have had a nice experience so I decided to try the grooming services. Unfortunately, my experience with the grooming was not as great. Our pup had flakes and things all stuck to his fur after the grooming , a lot of spots were matted and had sticky stuff in his fur… I wasn’t even sure they bathed him so when I called to ask they said I could bring him back for them to rinse him but I had to get my husband to the airport and I don’t have time for them to repeat the service right now. But they didn’t offer any other solutions or remorse. Just disappointing. Money and time wasted. We won’t be bringing him back to this groomer :("
