"We have had great experiences at North River Animal Hospital. They have helped 2 of our dogs (a black Lab and a Havachon) across the Rainbow Bridge and now care for our 5-year-old Shihchon and 13-week-old Maltipoo puppy. Dr Cepeda is gentle and caring and both Dr Cepeda and Dr Lewis were in the room when we had to put our Lab down. They were amazingly kind. I wouldn’t go anywhere else."
"Everyone in the facility is friendly, professional, and willing to assist you. You can tell that they all love animals and treat them with care. Any question is answered promptly and with a smile. It is a pleasure working with all of the employees. The place is very clean and they keep to the appointment time made. We are very happy with all of the doctors and employees and so does our puppy, Cookie!"
"I’m here 6-7 months a year. I have seen Dr. Lewis for over a year now and she takes care of my golden. She is wonderful. I feel she is very knowledgeable and knows how to treat issues I’ve come up against. The staff is really good too. They’re not only very nice and friendly but knowledgeable as well. I like to be able to spend a little time and discuss my concerns and that they really take time and do care. I highly recommend!!!"

After a work up with labs and the attentive staff it was recognized he had a completely different issue that can be managed without meds.
