"Dr Midence is an amazing and thorough doctor. He listens and gives you his undivided attention. I was amazed that he actually reviewed my records from my prior provider from NH. The office staff are good in the office. However when you call and the phone goes to the answering service when the office is opened is frustrating. I attempted to return their call and no one answered."

"Dr. Medence is a treasure. His receptionist staff, however, do not answer phone calls, except to put the caller on hold. Several days ago, the wait dragged on as I made and ate lunch along with a yogurt dessert. And I eat slowly. No word from the office. Finally I hung up . A friend in my neighborhood verified the waits to speak to someone—anyone—are annoyingly frequent. A second call to the office was another failure."

"Sandy was great at checking my account on a balance that was paid. And she was also great at getting me my tests scheduled promptly while checking me out. Jean has always mad sure my chart was correct and up to date and even corrected things I greatly appreciate that she took the time to do that. Dr Ware has always took the time to listen and he has always even my last visit used the models in the room that made me understand what he was explain even more. He looks out for your best interest instead of coming in looking at you and leaving. He take time with you, goes over you questions, puts thing not in medical terms but a way you can grasp what he’s telling you. Dr Ware is a very good and compassionate doctor."

"My experience with Rasheena Morris-James, NP-C was fantastic! She was kind, thorough, and a good listener. She did not rush the appointment, she expressed empathy, and she definitely gave the impression that she enjoys her job and truly cares for her patients. I left the appointment feeling confident in her care and ability and confident in choosing her as a primary care provider. I hope that I will be able to continue using her as my PCP for several years to come! A tip for anyone new to the office: if you are wanting to get the attention of office staff, there is a doorbell hidden below the front desk ledge in the center. This was not obvious to me and I knocked on the window. I forgot to mention this in the survey I completed for their office, but this was not a positive first impression for me for their reception area and made me feel unsure and uncomfortable trying to communicate with the front desk staff."

"My appointment was at 11:00 and I was registered and ready to go. I barely had a chance to sit down and I was called back. Amazing I think that the office staff can schedule appoints so precise so as not to have the patient waiting a long time. I do appreciate that. I always schedule my appointments with James Ruch, PA. I have been seeing James for about two years and I am very satisfied with my care. He asks questions, listens to me well and we discuss a care plan. I could not ask for better care. The staff and James seem a perfect fit, very professional always."
