"As a retired physician let me say that i had an excellent experience at the center .. the customer service was excellent and the MRI using their new Fugi MRI machine was fantastic only 12 minutes for a scan so much better than the old time of 45 minutes .. i highly recommend this facility"

"Avoid this place. They charged me a deductible when they shouldnt have, then refused to return the funds weeks after the claim was processed. I'm still waiting on the return of my money and Pam's(their billing person) avoiding my calls. There's multiple reviews about how Pam's extremely rude and unprofessional going back a year or two. If Pam had been reasonable I would have scheduled 2 more appointments. Instead I'm going elsewhere and this practice is losing out on the revenue over $30. If I hadnt caught the error I dont believe that I would have ever received notification of my overpayment. Shady business practice and rude staff make this establishment not worthy of your patronage."

"This place is arrogant from the first moment you contact them. My doctor sent in an imaging order I waited a week & called there and Sherry said it didn't have approval so she sent it back. I spoke to my doctor office about it and they said that it's normal for them to ignore an order so long story short after 5-6 weeks of pain central florida imaging lived up to their reputation of uncaring, arrogance & rudeness so I did my best to unleash my built up pain and suffering to let the other arrogant coworker Pam know how I felt about how customers are treated there & based on previous reviews went on a tyraide . The good thing was she didn't hang up on me. My pain has relieved some. Thank you for almost nothing Central Florida Imaging"

"Pam the billing manager is awful! She is far from compassionate and helpful! I was given the wrong info from my doctors nurse.. so when i tried to explain and ask questions, i was not only talked down too, but i was put off! Needing an MRI to check for clots is a scary thought.. people are not waking up saying.. “hey i just want to see the inside of my brain today”! But Pam thinks that’s how the world works!!! Pam i truly hope you find a different line of work that doesn’t require compassion.. because you definitely do not have it!!!!!!"

"Had a good experience. The staff/techs were very nice. The MRI machine was older than what you'd find in a hospital. The mobile unit it's housed in could use some maintenance. The CT machine was much newer looking however. Pricing after insurance was quite reasonable. I would go back again if ever needed. Only complaint is they don't have a way to pay online."
